Coffee Picking/Picker

The manual or mechanical process of harvesting ripe coffee cherries from coffee trees during the harvest season. Roasters look for high-quality beans and consistent roast while consumers look for good flavors with as few defects as possible. This starts with pickers carefully picking only the ripest cherries.
