Roast Profile

A roast profile is a map of how a specific coffee is roasted as measured with temperature and time. More specifically, it is the measure of heat applied (gas or hot air), airflow changes, and temperature over time from start to finish. It is the detailed measurements and visualization of coffee roasted in the drum using data points.
